I pop into this store probably once a day for materials and tools and they always have what I need. Victoria has worked the cash register the last few times I’ve been in and she is very quick at processing customers and is always friendly!

I really like how the store Associates and Cashiers greet customers and proactively ask if you need any assistance. Also, I have noticed the Associates will walk with you to where your item is located, instead of just telling you what aisle it is in. Keep up the great service. I really enjoy going to this Home Depot.

The only time I get good service is if Matthew is working. I’ve had a floor manager laugh when asking for help finding a product. Their website has shown a sale for 3 days and shows stock. I’ve been multiple times no one can find the m12 multi tools that show 10 in stock for the free tool event. Yesterday when asking about it I was told they weren’t out because sale hasn’t started. It was on the website and that meant they should’ve been out today. Far as I’m concerned Matthew is the only employee there who should have a job.

They definitely either need more staff or train the existing staff, I used to go there, but not anymore, i had bad experience twice recently, one when no one could help me find an item and second time with the rental desk when the guy just sent me away in a very disappointing way. The one in Kanata is much better, customer service wise.

It's spring, and the garden center has sprung to life. I was greeted by a busy staff member who asked if he could help me find anything. I know my way around, but the staff are approachable and knowledgeable. I had some paint tinted, and picked up some gardening supplies, a couple great priced zero-gravity chairs, and an umbrella-stand-table. Good quality, good prices.

I recently had to do some home repairs, and The Home Depot was my go-to source for all the tools I needed. The selection was great and the staff were very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality tools at an affordable price.

On May 29/23 I had the misfortune to accidentally lock my purse in the trunk of my car containing my keys and phone at the Barrhaven Home Depot. I went to the service desk for help. Hams was extremely helpful even lending me her personal phone to call my son to rescue me. She gave exceptional service and has my gratitude.

We bought a new bathroom Vanity at Barhaven Home Depot.Dan was excellent to help and was great with customer service..Mikayla at customer service was pleasant positive , at a very busy check out.I over heard other customers thank her as well.Great team!
