I had an issue with my car. It was really lacking power. I took it to Jon’s and they recommended a few things and charged me $500. The problem was still there. I went back and went for a test drive with Jon. I think it was Jon. He said yes it’s lacking power. He said he would look into it and call me back. I never heard from him again.I read all these great reviews but that is not the case with me.I will never go back to Jon’s because he just took my money and didn’t help out my situation at all. He said he would call me back and didn’t.I left there $500 poorer and with the very same problem I had when I got there.Thanks for nothing!!!

They were excellent. They took me with zero notice and addressed my problem right away. Great work, fair price, and honestly the only garage in town that would squeeze in my repair on top of the winter tire rush. Will definitely be my first choice for repairs going forward.

I have been coming here for Years. John, Cody and staff are professional and honest, hard to find that in this industry! They always treat me as a true customer; they value my business and it shows in their work. They always let me know the issue before performing the work and review the work and used/worn parts with me upon completion. I couldn't recommend a better place. yes they are busy, because the do good work! If you have to wait a few days to get in be patient and be happy they are working on your vehicle!

My experience at John's Automotive Service was very pleasant! The moment I walked in, Cody (who was busy working on a car and also the owners son) welcomed me & helped me out right away at reception for an appointment I made a week agoThey got started on my car & finished the job quick and correctly! (Sunmer tires off rim to on rim winter tire change with balancing and all that within 40 mins)They even test drove my car to make sure the installation was done 100% correctly.VERY reasonable price. This family business has stayed in business for 40 years for a reason!! Definitely coming again- Sameer

Went to John's today for an oil change and got much more. He rotated my tires, checked all fluids, my brakes, and everything else even though I brought my own oil and filter. When I arrived to pick up the car he advised me of the condition of my brakes and everything else related to the maintenance. Very honest mechanic with great prices and the service was excellent. Very happy to have chosen his shop to service my car. Thank you John & staff! Will definitely be back!

Amazing shop with a fantastic owner. It's not an easy or even common feat to find an honest mechanic. I went in expecting what I was used to, getting taken for every penny I had and something still being wrong with the vehicle as I drove away. What I received was the exact opposite. John and his staff were beyond excellent. Super fast service, unbeatable price and they fixed the problem! I can finally say that I've found a truthful and honest mechanic and I will recommend John's automotive to everyone I know. Thanks guys, so refreshing to receive such excellent service!
