We were on our way for a week's holiday. Our engine light came on. Being fairly new too Seaforth, we had only been to DeJong once for a Oil change. I called them right away, The lady said come right in. Wow. What amazing Service. It was a Coil, within a hour, it was delivered and fixed, !! We were on our holidays. I went to Dejong to check a few items I thought were problematic they took my car right in on arrival diagnosed what I thought was wrong and even an issue that I was not aware of yet gave me a good rate for parts and rebooked for repair after parts come in all with in a half hour. I was not surprised at the level of service since a lot of my neighbors go there and I was taken to Jim Dejong just down the road to purchase the car last summer found him to be very helpful in my purchase at that time also

went to him for a pre safety for my first vehicle, was given a list and bought all the parts for it expecting brake maintenance to be done at the shop since it wasn't specific. We replaced the easier parts ourselves and asked him to replace a power steering line, free up a brake line, and a few other small jobs. After receiving our pre safety and spending 1000$ on parts, he added more things to the pre safety list that were not originally on there when the whole purpose of bringing it back was a safety AFTER completing the list given to us. It cost me 300$ to find out he left things out and patched an old power steering tube instead of expressing concern about it or including it in the original pre safety. I took my vehicle to another mechanic 2 days after paying for the low quality work; who not only did quality work for less, but told me my rocker panels and my rotors needed work as well.. he refused to safety the vehicle in the condition it was in coming from Dejongs. My power steering line that was patched instead of actually having concern expressed for MY safety whilst driving has now burst and will cost me more than the initial job done correctly. He is rude and short with people on the phone and seems to care little about safety and quality, only about money. A friend who referred me here also had to tell him to NOT do any additional work on my vehicle without telling me or asking me if he could do it first. You're better off googling how to fix your own car or spending a little extra at a shop that gives a damn about its customers.

Dejong Auto is the Only Mechanic I trust. Theres no other mechanic that thinks of the customers and has such great service! If i ever need something done, they always get it done at a great price and its done right!

The best around! I take my vehicles here regularly and have many friends who do also. He's honest, ethical and fair with his pricing. I've recommended him to many people.

The owner is very helpful and will explain what is wrong. They are reasonably priced to work on your vehicle. I will definitely go back and will tell my friends. They also store your summer and winter tires. This is a great thing for me because I don't have a garage. They are also the cheapest place to switch your tires from summer to winter. The staff is amazing.
