As a contractor, the team at Eden Tile-It has always been more than helpful and always goes to the extra mile to get the products we need in a timely fashion. I know I can count on them to help me in a pinch and are always all smiles when I visit. Highly recommend.

We bought our bathroom floor and wall tiles and it looked immaculate. Harout was extremely helpful and guided me extensively with my decision making. I will definitely come back to Harout for future projects.

Great stock but terrible customer service. The lady at the front desk was quite rude and terribly unpleasant to work with. Take your business elsewhere folks.

When we walked into the store there wasn't one person to greet you. My husband and I looked around for a while before anyone came to help us. A lady came to help us she but she was so unknowledgeable. Every question my husband asked her if she replied with I don't know". We found 3 samples that we liked and wanted to leave with them little did we know that they charge you when you take out samples. We took out 3 samples and she charged us for 4. At the time we were there there was another customer who was returning an item because the company had made a mistake on ordering the product she wanted. Right from there I should have known that was an indication not to purchase anything from that store. I went to return the samples today again zero personality from anybody

If you have one project or many different projects to complete in your home, Eden tile it really does have everything you need. I recently built a house, and I was more then impressed with not only the selection between their stores in mount hope and Burlington, but the quality and the care and knowledge of the staff.I made many many trips to Tile-it. Every time I was met with kind, knowlegable, professional staff, and I was able to find everything I needed all in one. If you've ever done a construction project you know how valuable it is to be able to go to one place for everything, and not have to settle or compromise on desire, quality and price.You could really see that this company has been in business for a long time, and why. They were over the top professionals on every front.I am very happy with the tiles and the engineered hardwood I received from tile it.I did about a quarter of my main area with extra large tiles, and all three bathrooms and showers as-well with tiles. and a large room with carpet. The finished product truly is stunning, high quality, and exactly what I wanted.I will be going back for any future projects I ever have, I was so happy with them.I will also leave a review on the Burlington location reviews, as I was there a lot for their huge selection.You won't be disappointed with tile it, I certainly was not!

Yea tile is pricey, but compared to stores in Hamilton Eden is lower and have very large selection. Staff have there good and bad but that's what the WWW is good for. You either perfect it or lose customers, but we have been happy so far going here.
