Service here when we visit vary from good to awesome on this particular day it was amazing the gentleman that took and prepared our sub was outstanding can't say much about atmosphere it's a local subway they like most fast food change have a similar look I will comment in how clean and tidy it was they staff are very tentative on keeping this location clean! The food was good and everything tasted fresh and we were satisfied thank you for your hard work!

Staff was rushing me and making faces when ordering saying they were closing. They also wouldn't let me use the washroom despite being a paying customer saying they already cleaned it as they were closing. It wasn't even 8:30 pm and they close at 10 pm. I confirmed this with them. Poor service.

When I went into Subway tonight it seemed a bit chaotic at first. The two workers we're frantically trying to keep up with the dinnertime crowd. There was a customer in front of me that said they only wanted spinach but the worker put on lettuce. The customer then kept repeating they just wanted spinach too quickly and rudely for the worker to react. The customer was quite rude with their words, tone and body language, and the workers continued to do their job politely. I told the customer patience is a virtue. When I was paying for my dinner, I told the worker not to let it get to her the customer was probably having a bad day. The worker said their fridge stopped working today so they didn't have all the ingredients (like spinach) and could only offer brown bread. I told the worker they are doing their best with what they could offer at the moment. To me that is outstanding service and we all have days that are chaotic. I usually don't have ridiculously long reviews lol but it helped me work through my day too.

As a 350lbs, 5”2 Man I like eating. I don’t anymore after eating here. The lady called me a “refrigerator. “She also asked if I wanted extra ham. I bought a triple meatball sub. She said “people are starving and you have enough chins to feed them all.” Also my sub was green and fuzzy though only the meat. Never again I’m mentally scared and food poisoned.

Absolutely abysmal customer service!! If you ever do take out orders, they’ll short you on ingredients.. If you complain they’ll completely deny it and ask you to check cameras instead of accepting responsibility. To say the staff here are unprofessional is an understatement.. go anywhere but here!!!

Excellent customer service at this subway. Staff is all so kind and attentive. They aren't cheap like the subway on lucacuck way that puts one tomato slice on your sandwich. It's a super nice environment here. Thankyou

Was there in the afternoon on 2nd September. Both staff looked in experienced. Ordered 3 foot longs different kind. She packed, I had my doubts that she didn’t label them. After paying I asked her and was told that she did label. My mistake that I don’t check there. She lied.
