Great place to get eye wear and care. I have recommended my co-workers to this establishment. Excellent service and great amount of eye wear selections to choose from. It’s convenient to have an optometrist in house. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been getting my sunglasses from Hi-Care for a few years now. Also got my wife new prescription glasses from them and she loves it. The service here is great and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Hi-Care staff are the most knowledgeable and helpful. Every time my family comes in for exams and eyewear we always get great service. I highly recommend if you need glasses they have you covered. They also have an amazing selection of of sunglasses.

Hi care took very good care of me, I'm kinda of difficult customer, I wanted a pair of discontinued gucci sunglasses turned clear, not only did they find me the exact pair and put on clear correction lenses but they did in a very timely manner I got my pair way sooner than expected, but they did with great service, I'm a busy person and could not just drop into the store all this was done by email with quick responses from Hanna. Very very happy with the work and service, I'd give more stars if I could. Please go see Hanna and her team!

Last week I visited this vision care centre and was thoroughly impressed with my experience.I saw Dr. To for my vision exam and was pleased with her expertise, patience, and professionalism.Crystal and Hanna were also incredibly knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that suited both my prescription needs and personal style. The store had a vast selection of frames from top brands, ensuring there was something for everyone.Additionally, their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made my visit truly exceptional. I highly recommend this optical location for anyone in search of quality eyewear and outstanding service.

I made an optical appointment for my wife Lorraine and myself. Hanna and Crystal did a great job in helping us choose the right glasses. Dr. To performed our eye test at the same time. Dr To very good and explaining to me what she is seeing during eye exam.Non rush and professional. Does her due diligence by asking about any recent or past history medical conditions. Didn't have an appointment the day when I drop into store to upgrade my glasses ,but she skip her lunch to fit me in :)Hanna and Cyrstal were excellent when it came time to make my choices in glasses...my family and I purchase new glassess every 2 years .I tend to be very fussy in terms of looks style and fit..Both Hanna and Cyrstal have a very great taste & keen eye for styling for each one of us. I always trust them to help me to make the perfect choice each and everytime I go to the shop.Non rush atmosphere and family like environment.Many compliments on our specs over the years! All thanks to each and everyone at Hicare from appointment coordinator to cashier.Having been over 60 lifelong eyeglass wearer and been to many other optical store, this place does not push u to make a decision to buy right awayOther stores tend to close the deal and move on to next customer.We buy higher end name brand frames/glasses and found their prices and selection very good in comparison to other stores and service thre best!I've listen and observe the Hicare team as I'm there for over 2 hrs making a selection their interaction with other customers...it definitely feels like customers are treated like family.We have complete faith from eye exam to walking out the door with our new specs feeling and looking great.It's why we are all repeat customers.Many thanks Hicare team!!!
