Definitely deserve the 5 stars. My recent experience with the agent Sylvia was above and beyond. I run out of time because of holiday season and she assisted me on spot and enabled me to get my new car during the holiday.

Judy Tran is the rep. servicing to me, she is very polite, fast and responsive. I highly recommend her to deal with your auto insurance needs.

They never answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!! It was a great time when Victoria used to work there, now since she’s gone it’s horrible!!! I called and the lady put me on hold and then the usual story, the line got “disconnected” and now they don’t even pick up the phone. Sylvia said yesterday that she will call me back, of course I didn’t receive any call but on top of that I can’t even reach them!!!

Stay far far far away from this agent.You probably get a $(2-5) cheaper rate but when have any issue comes up they will make your life hell by ignoring/not listening your opinion/ on top of that they will hangup the phone on you.Several months ago I took insurance from this agent by calling his representative Melissa". According to their request I provided her(Melissa) my direct deposit form(DDF) to give them the payment. But they were such an unprofessional team who wasn't able to take payment from my Checking account because they have entered wrong number. Due to that they gave me insurance cancellation notice letter. Upon receiving that letter I called them and made payment through VISA Master Card and told them you should be able to take money from my Debit card and subsequent payment will be auto payment from that given checking account.Note that

NO JOE..You did not act quickly. You were on meetings" for 5 months and we had to deal with an incompetent receptionist. Letter to head office is next. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had billing issues for over 6 months
