DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!We bought a nice sapphire wedding ring from this jeweller, we were sold on the extended service plan. We were told EVERYTHING was covered. Well just after a year, a stone has fallen out god knows where. We called the store to ask if our extended plan has covered it since we were told everything was covered. To our delight, we were told it was. We doubled checked and asked again to be sure, they asked the type of ring which to we answered sapphire and they said yes because of the extended plan! We live out of town so we drove awhile to get here, only to be told the service plan actually doesn’t cover gemstones. What a waste of money and gas. We now have to get an estimate from them on the stone and pay out of pocket.These guys will LIE to you and tell you over and over it’s covered, we even looked it up and it doesn’t say anywhere it isn’t covered.Do not buy from here!! Take your money elsewhere where they will honestly tell you whats covered!!

Great experience with my curbside pick up order. I was skeptical about my order because the photos online didn’t show a lot of detail and wasn’t true to how the earrings actually are. May I say, that I’m blown away with my earrings. They look even better in person.

My family and I went here the other day looking for a gold chain and we weren't even acknowledged. Nobody even looked in our direction. I understand that employees may be busy with other customers, but when a customer is standing 2 feet from you and have been waiting for 15 - 20 minutes the least that can be done is a simple greeting and acknowledgement even if it's just to say I'll be right with you" instead of completely ignoring them. Won't be returning."

I just bought a diamond ring for my self. All the staffs are helpful. I was helped by Margie who was such a charming personality. I asked her tons of questions as I was not sure what’s best for me. She went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I first asked her to hold but then came back in few minutes to buy my diamond ring finally. I bought a gold pendant online and it came in a VERY POOR and CHEAP box that’s it’s almost unbelievable that it’s gold. Also, no warranty papers?! It’s so weird the cheap box for a gold piece and the lack of warranty papers that I’m not comfortable in giving it as a present.

I had an amazing experience at Charm Diamond Centre located in the Georgian Mall! My boyfriend and I were looking for engagement rings and the woman who helped us was so patient and so kind. She helped me pick out a beautiful ring and I love it! The experience that we had was amazing! I would definitely go back here to buy jewelry!
