Nice building very clean and quiet

The building is clean and nice.The management solves tenants problems very slow, or just ignores them.

Cool apartment, never been here.

HiI would like to complement the superintendents for this building. Brian and Doug are probably the best superintendents ever. They are kind and courteous to the residents and their families. They do their work on time and always have a smile on their faces.Keep it up guys you're great. May G-D bless you both

Don’t live here. Don’t. The windows are made out of cheapest materials possible and it’s never warm in the unit during winter season. Same thing for summer. Can’t keep cold air in and hot air seeps in. Save your money and live somewhere else. I have seen bad reviews on management. What can they do if the apartment owners can’t spend money to fix the unit windows. I can’t live in this unit without wearing socks and full sleeve. Imagine living in your own house wrapped up. Shame on you owners. Go to hell. The day I left this unit was the best choice. However I feel bad for the next renter to experience same pay them for a year. So I am warning you. Owners only think about their profit. Not Canadian standard.
