This is my first time at VICKAR Ford. I have had issues with my 2013 F150 Limited for several years, and have tried multiple mechanics, and even another Ford Dealership. No one could find the issues my truck, and it until I brought it to Vickar Ford, it really was death by 1000 cuts. Constantly paying a couple hundreds dollars here and there with only a temp fix. Yes I spend more with Vickar, but they provide a 2yr parts and service warranty, so they truly stand behind their work. I am very happy with the service I received from Joshua@Vickar Ford. He was honest and a straight shooter. I have no patience for anything else.Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. Vickar Ford is my goto going forward.

Today went there at 5:09pm they are open till 6:00pm, asked if I could get some air to put in tire the service manager toll me to go to gas station, I asked if he could lend me tire gauge so I can check which tire, he said no don't have any, said they getting ready to go home at 6. WOW what garbage customer service, got the car from them, still have the paper mats, new car wow could not believe the rudeness, that man should be fired, or have a talking to by his superior, WOW boys u lost a good customer, check your records and see how many new cars was purchased by me, at ur dealership, want an apology, terrible if I can make one person stay away from this place the be great. How can Ford company they manager like that

Poor Customer Service. Eversince we bought our vehicle Brandnew Ford Eacape 2019 we always send out our vehicle for recalls and service because of factory defects, good thing we have extended warranty otherwise we were reap off with this company. We sent back our vehicle for windshield replacement recurring breakage cause of overheating of the heater and spoke to James Barton autobody Manager he was so rude and discriminate the minority people. We were so disappointed with this company. Ford vehicle features is great but when it comes to durability we dont recommend it. Never again Ford.

Impressively slow service. Appointment doesn't mean anything, car wasn’t in shop until an hour and a half after the scheduled time i brought it in.Edit: Much appreciated that Ashley Mcara and the Customer Support team reached out and did their best to rectify the situation. I plan on coming back for my next service visit.

Friendly staff Ashley is amazing she and was always available to help me with my questions in a timely manner. Mark was great too.Only problem was efficiently taking my appointment but to be fair this hopefully was a one time thing , never had any problems previously. Very happy overall.

I bought a Ford Escape 2022 at the end of April 2023. I haven’t gotten anything new in 13 years. So needless to say, I needed to be caught up on a few things.There’s a lot of computer technology in these new vehicles and it took a few appointments to get my Escape to where it should be.A special thanks to Ashley and the service department listening to my complaints. Huge thanks to the mechanics for explaining how some of the technical things on this vehicle work. And also to the person that cleans the vehicle before you leave… Thanks! Your doing a fantastic job.

Excellent customer service. The customer relationship officer will call you after your vehicle's service and ask if everything is going well. In which a huge factor to me, they are customer focused and maintain a good relationship with their client. Superb!
