I had multiple issues with my order and the quality of service they are providing is very low.The first measurement for the blinds by their technician was done incorrectly, so they had to send another person to do the second measurement. However, at the end the factory used the incorrect first measurement to manufacture the blind and it is wider than it should be. On the day of installation, the installer found wrong type of brackets in the box, so I had to drive to the store myself to pick the correct ones. The installer came for the second time, and this time the pulling lever was not properly attached to the blind, so he had to bring it back to the factory. Finally, he came back and installed it but now it doesn't hang properly and parts of it are distorted.Command #073106

First experience was long but am very happy with the outcome. Second purchase was so much faster. Still very happy with everything. Slight problem with one of the electric sticks but overall, wonderful experience

Measurements and installation were great. However, it turns out that when installed, because I chose some models that have the up/down option, I end up with too many cords in small spaces (like kitchen bay window, entrance sidelight) and it’s not practical (they get all tied up) nor attractive. The sales person should have told me what to expect and showed me all options so I could make an informed decision. I probably would have chosen a different model. I’ve now ended up with three blinds that I’m going to remove and try to sell online because they are ridiculous in my space. Very disappointing, a waste of time and money. The sales people need better training and maybe be there on install day to see the reality of their recommendations.

I placed my order in March 2022 and the stores were delivered and installed in almost June 2022 (Huge delay), after the installation we noticed a poor quality problem on 2 stores and reported it to client service and the salesman who came to our place... now it is mid september and after many months, nobody has taken care of our case, not even coming to our place to check.... very disappointed, very poor quality products and very bad client service ... I do not recommend this company and this product... no I have to check with another company for replacing the stores Marche du Stores delivered with defects !

We enjoyed our first visit at the store but the after sale process has been very disappointing. It felt as if it was a constant battle to get the store fix their own mistakes with our order:We were first asked to pay a fee adjustment of over $500 on a $2,000 order, after the visit of a technician to check and confirm the measurements of our windows. When asking for clarification on those $500, we battled with the store for over half an hour to be provided with an invoice. I kept being told that I got the measurements wrong and payment needed to be processed right away. Our sales rep finally agreed to review our order to realize that the store had made a mistake on their end and were indeed charging us twice for a set of blinds. A brief apology was provided over the phone.On the day of the installation, a box was missing and our technician could not install our blinds in the master bedroom. The staff made very little efforts to get the technician back to our place ASAP and had us wait another 10-15 days.Overall a disappointing experience due to poor customer service. The final product however does look nice and we are happy with our blinds.*****Our order number is 960712. Thank you.*****Update 3 weeks after my original post: We never heard back from the store but finally got all our blinds set up.******

Excellent service. Especially pleased how Marche de stores honoured their guarantee. Had a problem with the blind mechanism which we purchased over 5 years ago. It was fixed quickly with no problems at all. Staff are always pleasant and very helpful.
