Friendly and helpful beyond expectations. Plus they don't carry garbage brands some other places do. Best prices and they match any sales. And the shakes are amazing.

After shopping around, this is now the only place in Saskatoon that I buy all of my supplements from. The stores have great selection, great prices, and great sales. Staff are extremely knowledgable and friendly, and have been able to answer all of my questions whenever I go in. Shakes alone deserve a 5 star rating.

Pretty cool place. Not many brands though compared to Popeyes or GNC but other neat things available.

Went in here yesterday, Feb 6th for maybe the third time in my life and was reminded why I prefer Popeyes Supplements over these guys any day. walked in and the guy working the counter just stared at me like I was lost, refused to acknowledge me, had to say hi, hows it going three times before he finally responded to me. when i walked up to the counter to order a shake be begun and carried on an entire conversation with his colleague and asked me to repeat myself a couple of times. Shake itself was extremely thick and couldn't taste a thing other than the protein powder.

Super friendly, knowledgeable staff which make shopping here super easy when you aren’t the smartest when it comes to supplements, protein, etc. I instantly feel like I can trust them which is not common in the service industries these days. Also love to support local! They also always have amazing deals, promotions and give aways - way more than most people. I find the locations to be extremely convenient, especially this one which is right beside a co-op gas station/car wash; super easy to grab a protein bar after getting gas when you’re on the go. I can’t say I’ve ever had a negative experience. Prices are great, amazing staff, unique and high end products... what more could you ask for?

Ordered supplements may 25th , never received asked for refund by email June 18th. Got a response back that they would look into the situation. Today july 12th still no answer back , no supplements, no refund. Charged my credit card 251.97$. ORD02020. Started a dispute charge" with my credit card."

Very helpful staff that made shopping easy and stress free!

Brutal experience. Firstly, their website took my order yet they didn’t even have sufficient inventory to fill it. They shipped what they had and gave me a refund for the remainder. The shipment went missing. I emailed the company to notify them and they said the receiver needed to start an investigation with Canada Post, which I later learned was wrong: either the sender or receiver can start it. Seems as though they were just not interested in providing service. I received the results of the investigation a week later from Canada Post and they acknowledged it’s likely missing and the sender has to start a claim for next steps. I emailed the merchant twice, to let them know, including a screen shot of a Canada Post’s email both times and have not heard anything back. They’ve completely ghosted me. I’d advise anyone who’s interested in ordering online to steer clear as they seem to ignore you if anything goes wrong.

My favorite line of Supps is Cutler Nutrition. Supplement World is the only company in Saskatoon to carry the Brand. Always friendly and willing to help out! Thanks for the help from a guy just trying to avoid the Dad bod!
