Trevor repaired a cold storage room in an older home that I purchased 3 years ago, Trevor and his crew did a professional job, were very pleasant and definitely cleaned up after themselves. I called Trevor last weekend with an issue with the cold storage room and water in another room. I was worried that I was dealing with a foundation problem. Trevor came, checked everything out inside and outside. Thankfully he said it was a sump pump problem that a friend had already fixed for me, but we didn’t think it had affected any other room. I totally recommend Trevor and his crew.

Proseal came and did interior waterproofing in our 1920's-built home where exterior was not possible. In our initial meeting with Trevor, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave exact detail about the job and what would be required, any possible risks, etc. The workers were at our house for 3 days and during the whole time they were very friendly, clean and tidy. Our house was left in great shape considering a ton of concrete and mud had been removed and replaced from the interior of the basement. Now that the work has been done, our basement feels cleaner, drier, and more welcoming. our dehumidifier isn't constantly pumping air and we no longer have any water coming up from under the floor. Proseal was great to work with and I plan on using them again in the future.

I called and asked to have someone come check our foundation and Trevor came within an hour and checked our home.He could find no issues and assured us all was good.He could have said needed work but he was completely honest and upfront.Very friendly and respectful.I would highly recommend this company.

We had some ground water seeping into our home from a cistern water line repair that had been done incorrectly by a previous contractor. Trevor came out to look at it right away and had a solution on the spot. He was timely, organized and professional.
