Great experience

So I decided to write this review because I've been disappointed (choked) by the unprofessionalism and the passive aggressiveness of Kabumbe Safari; ( i googled the place and decided to go because they had good reviews!!)So I went there 3 times!!;1st time: He forgot about our appointment and I found the store closed! When I calledHe apologized and asked me to come back the next day as he had a busy day2nd time: he didn't finish the work and told me he had to go pick up his kids;So as I needed the pants for work I took the one that was fitting the best and had to pay for it, on the condition that he will finish both of them next time3rd time: not only he did not alterate my pants as I wanted them to, saying that he couldn't do it !! what he did not mention the previous 2 days;But he also made me pay again for the 1st pantWhen I reminded him about our agreement he simply ignore it and told me he would not give me the pants unless I pay for bothI couldn't believe what was going on and still can't!!AVOID THE PLACE

It may have only been a button but they fixed for free and where very friendly!
