Everything was good, they send me e-mail notifications and called me 20 min before come. Very careful with the refrigerator as well. Good delivery service,kind guys

Got the text the day before providing a 3 hour window for delivery the next day. Next day, as expected, got another text when they were 30 minutes away, within that window. They arrived in about 15 minutes, which was fine. Nice not be waiting around and wondering. Service was excellent.

First of all, the Appliance Specialist Katy Kelly in Carleton Place was a superb salesperson. The delivery was delayed due by the March 4 snow storm. The two guys were excellent and very considerate to our old (1835) house. Now we have to replace the contents and hope to keep it clean.

The two lads who delivered my Fridge and were extremely friendly and professional. They really seemed like they enjoy what they do. They called me in advance and said they would be at the house in .5 he and they were on-time.

I was notified by phone and email, called 30 minutes before delivery within the prescribed time, they brought the dishwasher to the kitchen, took away the old one. They even removed their boots upon entering the house. So pleasant to deal with. I am very impressed with Lowe’s service and the delivery experience.

We received e mail and text messages saying our refrigerator would be delivered between 4 and 7 on Friday. No message from the company to say anything was a problem. Called the 877 number at 8 PM Friday and were told they were running late". At 9:30 PM

Loving my. We bike the delivery and installation was perfect. They were very kind and worked fast and cleaned up after themselves. They helped me set up and sign in before they left to insure everything was working well. Woohoo now time to go do the calibration ride

Very kind people delivered my bike today.Their text message system did not notify me 30 minutes before, however they told me to take my time and were very patient.They were helpful and conversational when setting up my item. I appreciate their service!
