A homelike environment here promotes feelings of inclusion and security as participants, staff and volunteers come together in the preparation and sharing of healthful, tasty and inexpensive meals and beverages. Thisv the classes explore the emotional , spiritual, physical and social / spiritual aspects of sharing nutritious foods. A wonderful gift to all.
