By far the best rural ISP. Compared to explorenet they provide the best price for speed and data caps. If you are a gamer, the ping is good for being in the middle of nowhere. ( solid and constant 50-60ms on close american servers during sunny days). Ping might increase if it is pouring down with rain and heavy winds and multiple users. They have improved a lot over the years.

This ISP is okay. Speeds are decent for wireless internet. Only issue connection disconnects and stutters constantly. Ping times are crazy high. Ping was decent but recently went up high. Bandwith caps are on the low side(With high data usage services out there). Would recommend if not a heavy internet user.

I book install date of feb 5 2021. I was told at that time the installer would check for signal etc prior to installation for quality. I gave all my information as required. The date was cancelled and rebooked due to weather which I totally understand . A new install date of Feb 17 was decided on. Today which is the 10 of feb I received a call from labbair. They informed me that they had been out to this residence in 2017 and are not able to get us internet. I said that was simply not true as I have never called them. The lady said some name that I have never heard before. Then said it didn't matter because the installer had driven by my place today and confirmed they would not be able to get us internet. I dont believe this is true I believe they are behind due to weather and rather then keep my appointment they just canceled because maybe they wouldn't be able to offer me service.

Great customer service. Speeds are good for the price and mostly consistent.

After having been with all the other internet providers out there, never received the service we paid for, finally we found the one that gives us what we were looking for, best internet ever, all the time.
