AA Mini Storage has well maintained lockers and the manager there is a down to earth type of guy. The staff I delt with were helpful and for the most part, very patient with my needs.Rest easy at AA Mini Storage 'cause your belongings are safe and secure!

Not cool. Single ladies beware! I would leave negative stars if allowed.They an issue with my credit card - the storage facility entered it wrong. I caught that mistake after no billing. Checked to make sure it finally went through a couple times. It did. Going through a divorce and moving, and quit checking. They had 3 methods to contact me- phone, email and mailing address. More credit card billing issues, though my card was fine and had room for the $50 charge. They claimed to have sent me notice via registered mail, never received. Never contacted me via phone or email. Claimed to have turned over to bailiff.Don’t trust these people with your possessions. All the stuff that mattered to me during my divorce was in this locker. They saw me coming miles away.

Iam a single dad and times are hard with this covid stuff I was told they wouldn't sell mine and my kids stuff well we going through this covid stuff and I haven't been able to find a place or a job and they sold everything we had thanks a lot I told them I would pay when I received my money or a job or a place they said it be fine well thanks for throwing my life away

the people who run the place are really nice but we have had our stuff vandalized and stuff stolen off our car and my brother in law had his unit broken into twice once before the cameras and once after... while I had some of my stuff stored in his locker too. Totally NOT okay. If you don't care about your stuff good place. If it sentimental and means stuff to you don't use this place.

Apart from the hours being so short, this place is great! The owners are super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend! Just wish they were open later 1 or 2 days a week at least!

Problems with paperwork, ownership of lockers, the manager is a bit shady imo. Not open very accommodating hours. The lockers are o ly separated at the top by wire fencing. Easy to get into the ones next door to yours

I have had a storage area here for many years and they have raised the monthly price numerous times but in small amounts which I was okay with. I was just informed that the cost of my unit is going to increase by 22% next month. Nothing but pure greed.

Well maintained storage facility. Owner is very friendly & is hands on, really looks after the place. Best prices, good selection of sizes and very convenient location.

Every time we called in advance to book a small unit they said a different thing. At first they said we need to call a few days ahead of moving our stuff. The second time they said they can only book a day in advance. On the very last day when we called they said that we can't reserve a unit and need to just show up with our stuff and try our luck. On the morning we showed up they had a 5×10 open. That was the smallest one they had so we took it even though we wanted a 5×5 (the 5×10 was also more expensive).

We used this facility for seven years and they were always polite and professional. When our credit card company decided to update their appearance and sent us new credit cards and cancelled them when they didn't arrive in the mail (all without telling us) AA mini storage was completely understanding and waited patiently for our new credit cards to arrive in the mail and did not charge us any extra fees for paying late.
