0 stars would be too much for Logixx Security. They don’t even care about employees. Won’t even reply to emails. Half of the guards are sleeping or leaving early. HR or account managers are mannerless.

We have Avante security at the house I manage, and they are top notch!! One of the security guards actually brushed off the car the other night after heavy snowfall. I wish I knew who it was so I could add his name to this review, and say thank you

Very reputable company that I would have loved to work for. The interview process was very delightful and I wish all the best of success for them even though not a chosen candidate for them.

As a new employee I am highly impressed with their training, Executive Mobile Patrols, the tech installation division with casino and airport technology for your residence. Executive Operatives are in black suit and tie, drive black Cadillacs, black operative patrols keeping your patrols inconspicuous. The control department is fully alert. Communication is instantaneous. Been in the Security business for 5 years and I can say Avante is the Cadillac gold standard of high end premium Security. One final note they offer client transports in high end unmarked vehicles for clients requiring privacy. The executive operatives are highly trained to transport the client and protect them from all situations.

This is first time i had to wait over 20 minutes for monitoring company to answer phone just to place system on bypass. Not only wasting my time but also contractors and other people who attempted to call me during that time. I don't recommend this company to anyone.

I dont think this company is legit , nothing mentioned on website , when you visit there they will tell you rules which they will make in their head about dress codes nd other things for walkins interview if nobody is taking be straight forward and give proper information when somebody is calling prior coming in - hire better person on reception as well

Since Avante joined with SecureTech, we have had a terrible experience with both. Efforts to resolve information gaps between them have failed and we are left caught in between. Maybe a 1 star rating will lead to a resolution.

There is no way these 5 star reviews are legit. Cannot get through to our sales representative. Even the company does not have their phone number. (Hard to believe an employer doesn't have their employee's phone number) When you call this company you get Jeff" their "virtual assistant." Very annoying. Then when you request a service call
