We cannot recommend this company enough. They were so incredibly thorough during our home inspection on a 100 year old property. They looked vigorously through every nook and cranny. Mike and Dawn were professional and thorough in their inspection. They stayed focused on looking for issues with the home while taking the time to explain and talk about any items of concern. When the written report arrived by email we were impressed by the number of photos and the way the report was so well organized. Their report conveniently listed the findings in three different color-coded categories. Each item was conveniently hyperlinked to the page containing the description of the issue. Highly recommend.
