My bf and I live near by and had yet to try north end burgers until last night and we were not impressed.We ordered a chicken burger and fries. The chicken was alright. And the fries were meh. But I was more disappointed in the way the owner treated us. While paying he literally tossed the machine on the counter. I asked him a question while he had his back turned and he replied without turning around and I could not even hear what he said. When we were leaving he threw the food on the counter and when I said have a good night he ignored me and turned around and walked away. It was strange how rude he was.

The food is tasty! The owner is very attentive, and if you're worried about getting value for your money, he watches things closely to make sure you are happy.The place may have the most vintage hockey posters (one that stands out for me is the 1981 Canada Cup team) and pics, not bad compared with Teddy's in Oshawa, and just without the formal picture frames. Cujo's is everywhere, LOL, and I do like the Leafs, but I do think they should make a 'Homer' (Leaf fan) burger here, why not...

A long time Whitby staple for a reason. Food is great and reasonably priced. I love the connection to local sports athletes and the Time Capsule decor. Definitely recommend.

I've been looking for a Johnny's Burgers" type joint near me and everything seems to fall short. That was until I decided to go to north end burgers. I haven't been there even though I don't live far and let me tell you it was amazing absolutely one of the best burgers I've ever had. This taste can't be made or bought

This is a great, unsung hidden gem!I happened in this evening to find a great little locally owned burger joint that is a shrine to many Canadian played sports. The staff was very attentive and friendly!There is literally memorabilia everywhere!If you are looking for a place to get a decent, made when ordered meal, that isn't a franchise... Well, I would humbly suggest giving this place a go!
