We called Live for Today for a hot tub issue. They came almost right away had a look, assessed the problem, and provided a quick solution. Then they Came Back and Checked In" - without even a call!! Bought a hot tub in November 2020 after months of research. If you're in the market for a hot tub, I've learned to stay away from the big box stores.I am, admittedly, cheap by nature and have over-analyzed my purchase. I've concluded that there is so much value in purchasing from a local dealer that stands behind their products.Bert and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and willing to go over-and-above in terms of customer service. I'm extremely happy with my hot tub.If you have the slightest thought of purchasing elsewhere, do yourself a favour and simply go in to talk with one of the staff.... I trust you'll be happy you did!
