Debilitated the day before heading on a 10 day roadtrip with neck, shoulder and back pain. I was lucky to recieve treatment with Paula.I found Paula to be highly educated with what connects to what and the why's getting to the root of the problem. I found her to also be highly intuitive and an exceptional listener.Paula was professional. She met me at my own, personal, comfort level. Leaving me to feel even more relaxed in her zen-like setting.I'm convinced I was able to enjoy my California roadtrip because of her. Once I returned I had a follow-up appointments for myself. Additionally, I made new appointments for my daughter and husband (who both had on going issues) as well. Why wouldn't I?!There's no other I would trust!I sinceley found the best!I am forever grateful ~Thank you, Paula.You're truly, one of a kind.

I have been seeing Paula for massage sessions for sometime now. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with her before. Being a Physiotherapist myself I find her assessments are great; she is very competent at treating specific areas and demonstrates excellent skills and techniques. I have referred some of my clients to her for massage and all of them were very happy after seeing her.I also understand that she has a great passion for this job, and she enjoys doing it with a smile.Way to go Paula!!

When I first went to see Paula I had lower back issues and shoulder issues. I explained what was happening and Paula was able to fix my issues with a few treatments. Her studio is cleaned and relaxing and she is very professional and takes the time to listen to you. I highly recommend Paula if your looking for a fantastic RMT

Incredible!! My boyfriend loved his athletic therapy and right after I was able to relax in absolute silence without feeling rude. We were looking for 2 completely different experiences and Paula was able to do that perfectly!

Fantastic massage, will definitely be back. Paula has a unique style, incorporating a lot of mobility and stretching accompanied with deep tissue. I didn’t really have to explain what I wanted, she intuitively knew what my body needed. Very personable and an excellent experience.
