TBG Mechanical ran a heating supply duct and installed a new exchanger and humidifier for me. They were very responsive, did an excellent job and were easy to work with throughout - but what really impressed me was the attention their installer, Mike, paid to explaining the operation of all the components to me. Very happy and would definitely recommend.

TBG Mechanical is a fabulous company to work with! Experienced and knowledgeable staff who helped us start our design phase right through to completing our new build. Whenever we've had an issue or concern, they are prompt to respond to phone calls or emails, assist in any troubleshooting over the phone and if required, quick to send out a technician. Highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed.

Even their quoting software is professional, they offered choices of equipment and options on how to pay, they truly understand what is important to a home owner. We have been using TBG for all of our maintenance at our facility for the last couple of years, including installation of new heaters and fireplaces. Response is always immediate, everyone is very friendly and professional. We are very happy to have them to depend on.

Boiler had stopped working. A technician attended and spent his time working on an electrical part which ended up not being the problem. The technician left with the boiler still not working. Neither the technician nor the company followed up in the way one would expect, i.e. by giving me an update that night and arranging a time to come back to have another look at the boiler. There was no heat in the house before or after the technician arrived so the service charge was a waste, for me at least.

I was recommended Travis from a work colleague when I was needing a new air conditioner. Upon meeting Travis, I found him very professional, personable and knowledgeable, explaining all my options in easy to understand terms. His crew installed my AC and I have had absolutely no problems with it. I had them return a year later to reroute the connections before/after having my backyard renovated. Again, all on schedule and at quoted price point. I just had to recommend them to my parents when they needed a new AC. They are also very impressed with TBG Mechanical Solutions work and crew. Needless to say, our family is thrilled that we've found the best, trustworthy company in HVAC ! Those of you shopping around know exactly what frustrations I'm talking about. We are now booking TBG Mechanical for both our furnaces servicing (along with our AC servicing) and would consider no one else. Although they are quite a distance from us, we patiently await their arrival when they are at our end of town. We are happy to do so...as knowing that a trustworthy, decent contractor such as TBG Mechanical, is certainly worth the wait. My parent and I just wish we knew them when having our furnaces installed...but we know them now and there's no more shopping around. TWENTY STARS ! lol

My furnace blew up at 8:30 a.m. last Friday morning. The technician was at my home 20 minutes after my call and a new, more economical and more efficient furnace was installed by 2:30 p.m. I had to go out but I left the guys at the house and when I came home, my new furnace was in place. They left the installation area immaculate. I suspected that the furnace was on its last legs earlier this year, and the cost of furnace and installation was 10% less than the lowest estimate I received from two other companies. I cannot recommend this company and especially Dave Murphy in Sales and Service, more highly.

Excellant company to work with. Not only did the sales team work hard to find everything we need but they also took the extra time making sure we had options and researched what would work for us. They fit is in immediately and saved us when our furnace died in the middle of a cold snap. Highly recommend

I can't recommend TBG Mechanical enough - thorough and clear email communication, fast responsiveness, quick to schedule an appointment, punctual to arrive, and did exactly what we needed as quoted. Our fireplace has never looked better. Thank you so much David & TBG!

We called TBG when our water heater burned out. Other companies had told us we would need to wait a few weeks for a repair (which isn't viable when you have no hot water).Travis came out to give us a quote the morning after we contacted him. He was extremely friendly and very informative; explaining every step of the process and pricing out multiple options.Despite being extremely busy, Travis had a team at our home to do the install the day after the quote. His guys were very professional and friendly. They did an amazing job not only installing our water heater, but moving it into a more convenient space, freeing up a ton of room in our basement. Also, the lead plumber identified an issue in our plumbing when he was inspecting the lines and told me exactly how I could fix it for just a few dollars. Saved me at least a $100 by not needing to call in a plumber to diagnose the issue later. The guys worked on our place late into the evening (well beyond normal working hours) but did not rush anything. They even did a complete second check to ensure their were no gas leaks or anything missed.I can't finish this review without mentioning the nice receptionist in their office. She was a pleasure to deal with.The whole TBG team is top rate. If you are considering getting them to do work for you, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Even if they are not your lowest quote, the level of professionalism, accountability and customer service will be more than worth the difference!Thanks TBG!
