I would like to comment and contrast the previous review.I agree that the rates are a bit higher that some other lawyers, but in my experience it is worth every penny, considering what it would cost you if transaction was not handled with full due diligence.Of course an occasional mistake can happen, we are all human. In my experience, it was quickly and professionally rectified.After working with other lawyers with whom I had too many similar experiences, I was recommended to use Regina and since then she is always my 1st choice.I have been using Regina’s services for over 10 years now. She is providing a consistent and personal high quality service.I can always reach her by phone, usually immediately or by a call back within an hour or less.She is looking out to protect her clients above and beyond “paper pusher” lawyers who charge less but do only minimum required or less.Regina takes ownership and always comes up with ideas and solutions in complex cases.Her office staff is very professional and responsive.To summarize – When dealing with real estate related transactions you are usually dealing with large amount of money and you do not want shortcuts and “cheap paper pushers” representing you.You need a lawyer who will protect your interest as if they were their own and have the experience to bring complex cases to closure.
