Why does this shoppers think they are too good for the phone ? I have stayed on the phone with 40 mins, walked in and see the girl pharmacist assistant ( middle Easter one) place my call on hold and then respond to her personal phone messages. Too busy to pick up the phone for work but available to respond to her WhatsApp messages while cashing customers out ? I then asked without her knowing it was me calling the pharmacy line, why aren’t you picking up the phone and she responded “they don’t care here too, it’s pharmacy so we don’t have to answer the calls”

The worst pharmacy in the region. Coming here is the most frustrating experience. They lose information. Are extremely rude. Have no compassion. Everyone that works here seem miserable and need to take training in customer service. I have two insurances and for some reason they always have issues running my prescription through their system. It’s so frustrating to come back and have to submit a claim when literally every pharmacy does. They are not helpful at all even when going over the medication. Cannot stress this enough you are better off literally driving to another city for another pharmacy then coming here

Very rude customer service! Avoid at all cost and visit your local or doctors’ pharmacy! For sure, you will be treated more kindly! Some of the assistant pharmacists should not be working with patients! Trying to find ways and file a proper customer service complaintETA: don’t give this pharmacy your business. After scrolling the reviews it appears that nothing has improved even after posting complaints for the last year or so!

This is by far the worst pharmacy. The staff are rude and so unhelpful. There is almost always a huge line - often there are several staff around, just not assisting anyone. I came to pick up a prescription my doctor had faxed 5 hours earlier which they said they didn't receive. The staff person's response was that sometimes it takes 20 to 30 minutes - she's clearly barely listening since I had already said twice that he had faxed it early in the day. Another day I had a prescription for nasal spray. I came in with my toddler and infant in a stroller...they said it would take an hour. An hour to print and stick a sticker on a box?! Should I hang around the store for an hour with two babies or cart them home and cart them back in an hour? I'm not sure why the customer service staff hate people so much.

The pharmacy staff are so rude at this location it's insane. My prescriptions are expensive, and I have to submit documentation to my benefits for reimbursement. I called to see if they can email me a copy of my prescription receipt, and the person i spoke with (when you can actually get them on the phone!) was SO rude. She tried to argue with me about not being able to assist me because it's confident information.. I provided all info, necessary, and explained this is time sensitive, and I work 30 mins away.. and the response I got was, I can only fax it to a shoppers and you can pick it up there. I had it faxed over, only for the other shoppers to be accommodating and email it to me as requested.. since my email is on my profile. Not to mention, last time i asked them to fax my doctor for a prescription refill, I followed up twice with my own doctor after stating they haven't received anything.. only to call back a 3rd time in a week and a half and one assistant at this pharmacy told me they didn't even have a fax number for my doctor!! How have you been faxing my doctor for over a year, then say you've sent 2 faxes then state there isn't even a number on file!?? Ridiculous!

The supervisor manager Anita needs some training . She admitted this. She advised she did not know where to find in their policy that prices online are not the same as in-store. She said “I’m sure it’s somewhere in the fine print …we haven’t been trained on where it is”. She did not acknowledge how a customer would not know that if SHE also could not find this “fine print “ , no apology or smile before she even greeted me . I was not angry or rude and she made me feel like I should be coming into the store for the item regardless of the price . I think if she said sorry we weren’t able to help you and that she’d take this as feedback and share would have made a huge difference. If management is going to enforce policy it’s important they know what the policy is. She told me to take it customer service, I told her it’s Easter and I came in for this gift for my kids today as the website noted “ We're sorry, this item is temporarily out of stock online. Please check back later or find in store “. No help in the moment from this store .

My doctor sent a prescription for eye drops for my daughter at 12:00pm which was received by the pharmacy team. I came to pick up at 3:40pm where a tech told me it would be a few minutes. I am currently still waiting at 4:25pm as the eye drops were not available and they were trying to call my doctor to get permission to give a different brand. I have called my doctor to get a new prescription sent by fax for an ointment instead. The pharmacy should have called to notify about the stock issue. The prescription should have been filled when the fax came in. The call to the doctor should have been made already and not by me but by pharmacy staff. This is beyond ridiculous, at 8 months pregnant standing and waiting for 45 mins on a prescription that was sent well in advance and had time to prepare. Meanwhile, everyone else who came to pick up after me has come and gone.Just an update it’s currently 4:50pm, my doctor sent the fax at 4:10pm. They say they still haven’t received it. I called my doctor again and the office called in the prescription verbally and currently still waiting.

The pharmacy staff extremely rude! Also they told us medication (which is very time sensitive) is going to take 30 minutes!!! It doesn't need any assembling or anything it's literally on the shelf they could just grab it!!! When we asked them very politely if it's possible to expedite the wait because the medicine is time sensitive they were rude to us and reiterated: 30 minutes in a very rude way!! What a bad customer service!!!

My recent experience with the PHARMACY left me utterly frustrated and disappointed. Not only did they manage to mishandle a simple fax request for my prescription refill, but the grumpy and unhelpful staff made matters even worse.The pharmacy had the correct fax number for my doctor, ensuring a smooth refill process. However, to my disbelief, they completely botched the task. Instead of sending the fax to the correct number, they sent it to the wrong number...TWICE, leading to unnecessary delays and complications. Such a glaring mistake is inexcusable, as it directly affects a patient's access to crucial medication.To compound the issue, the attitude of the staff members at the pharmacy was nothing short of unpleasant.They seemed grumpy and uninterested in providing any assistance. It felt as if I was inconveniencing them with my legitimate concerns. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service was deeply disheartening. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.Please note, today, they are finally sending it to the right number they have sent previous faxes to *fingers crossed*
