Love supporting Canadian businesses but will no longer be purchasing from them. Costumer service is severely lacking. Was ignored on the live chat and then had to reach out via Instagram to get a response. They will not send out a replacement for a defective product unless you place yet another order with them because it was purchased at one of their retailers and not directly from their website. After purchasing multiple items from this company it is a very disheartening experience.**Edit to add as I can’t reply to the owners comment**-They stopped responding on live chat when I wouldn’t place another order with them so then had to reach out via Instagram over the weekend and was told I would be contacted monday. Never heard from them so I contacted them again.-The store I purchased from had none left in stock to replace it.-They did not give “multiple options in order to replace the item”My option was to place another order as stated above.
