Can't reach family member resident. Leave messages. Staff never helps family member call back. Been going on for 2+ months. Hopefully she's still alive.

What an exceptional facility!Beautiful exterior & interior. This home stands out above the rest.

I love this place! My sister is in wonderful care there. The people are very attentive to her needs and whatever we ask of them for help. They really get to know the residents individually and tend to their needs. I love the care staff and activity directors, as they know what she likes, and know how to encourage her. I live in Texas so when I was visiting, it was a great experience that I could spend day after day with her and see the whole picture. I call her frequently and hear the care staff come in and speak so kindly to her. The rest of our family visits almost daily and feels the same about Earls Court. I work at an assisted living place in Texas so with all my experience, I have a lot to compare Earls Court to! Since I can’t be with her, I’m glad she is there.

Roxanne is disgustingly rude. Probably the worst person I have ever met in my life.

Excellent long-term care home! They have fared very well during Covid partly due to their diligence and responsible management of their staff and the residents. Communication regarding my mother and her health has been very good.

Absolutely terrible. My grandmother was given so much hydromorphone that we thought she was dying. They never contacted my grandmothers physician to find out her medications so they decided to just give her bowel meds and hydros. Whenever I would go there it would take a nurse over half an hour to respond to her when she pushed the button for help. (I was listed as an essential caregiver for her while she was in palliative care, she should have never been in palliative care as she was never actively dying. They just didn't want to provide care for her and decided to keep her high on hydros so they wouldn't have to deal with her) when we removed my grandmother from the facility her physician contacted the nursing home for my grandmothers medical records and the nursing home said they were deleted. Very shady answers and terrible services

Staff work hard to make this feel like home. My parent was a well respected nurse for many years, finishing her career with 17 years in LTC. She now finds herself completely dependent on staff as her health took a serious turn last year. People here worked hard to help our family adjust to this knew chapter in Mom’s life. She likes the staff, has a wonderful doctor overseeing her care, she has good friends among the other residents, the activities and physio program help her continue to rebuild some of her arm strength and maintain her range of motion and circulation. Recently three of her sisters visited from out of province. We pretty much camped out in small groups most of the day and it was lovely. The staff were kind enough to allow them to observe Mom participating and enjoying life. They were very comforted to see the bright, clean residence and lovely outdoor space that brings the residents’ such joy. Working in health care is demanding and difficult work. We know this as a family of health care workers. We appreciate your kindness, care and compassion for our loved one.

Very organized approachable staff. Take very good care of a loved one of mine. Only thing that could make things better is adding fresh foods like fresh meats more often. Recommended .

He's right don't leave your loved ones here. It's not safe. My son died. Terribly hot on second floor last year and no one cared.They were asked repeatedly about a/c. Management poor, psw good. They coerse patients I believe and I have proof. Yes my son died here he left me a note When my grief subsides I will deal with this. Miss him terribly.

Do not leave your parent there...the care was extremely poor...it actually was a nightmare...my heart hurts. If your parents are there please be vigilant...visit at different times...they should not know your scheduled visits.
