Great experience! Called on short notice looking for a vehicle for the afternoon and Ali worked with me to get something booked right away.When it turned out that I would also need it the following morning, he simply changed my reservation and let me keep the vehicle overnight at no charge.Very friendly and worked hard to ensure that I got what I needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a rental.

My recent experience with this corporation was an inconvenience and very disappointing.A reservation for truck was made five days in advance. On the scheduled day of my move I went to pick up the truck, only to be advised that a truck was not available at that time. They stated the truck would arrive at that location within a few hours and they would call and discount the price for the aggravation, unfortunately I never received a phone call.Due to the lack of professionalism and organization displayed by this corporation, I would strongly recommend to give your business to another company!

Very pleased with the service :) I was picking up my car early morning and the agent had the car running and warm when I arrived (A+!!!)The agent also took the time to explain to me where to do after hours key drops, showed me where there was a dent already on the car so that I was aware and other general items.Car was clean and serviced!Will be a repeat customer for sure :)Keep p the good work team!

Worst place. Syed is only friendly when things go your way. Wait until you have a problem and then Syed turns into a raging jerk. I have it all on camera. He charged me 62.00 for a one day rental for a compact car and that was not our agreement. Talk about ripping people off in your own community. I went to E cars after and got the same car for 25.00 a day. I asked him to show me a rate chart and he was fumbling on his phone. This place is a joke. Stick with the bigger company for better deals

The Ajax Avis location is the absolute WORST location I have ever been to. Their customer service is extremely poor and nobody ever picks up the phone. I was incorrectly charged on my credit card for funds that was supposed to be covered by my insurance company and even after my insurance company refunded avis the manager there did not refund back my money. I have called multiple times and have been put on hold and always told the manager is not around. I highly suggest going to another avis location for your car rental needs or even going with another car rental company period.

Syed is a really nice person. A gentleman. I have taken car from him twice for full one month. No issues. However, his Saturday & Sunday replacement folk does not know C & S of customer service. He is least interested and just wants to bang the phone on you. Syed please replace this guy and hire a professional person, like Enterprise sales guys who are very polite and courteous. I am giving 4 stars to Syed only and Zero Star for his weekend replacement.
