Lester is an amazing physio therapist. As an active athlete, injury can be a gruelling experience and can stop you from training to your full capacity but Lester is very knowledgeable with his craft and helps me get back to my top shape. I highly recommend you see him :)

Karmon is an excellent RMT, I would highly recommend. She's very professional and can pinpoint issue areas due to sports injuries. It helped speed up my recovery process as well as push out all the tension in my neck shoulders and back from sitting at a computer all day for work.

Lester was my physiotherapist and he is excellent. He's very knowledgeable and patient with treatment and will take the time to address all your questions. The staff here are friendly and helpful too. Their clinic is upstairs to a gym so this is a great place for any sports enthusiast looking for convenient and high quality services. Also, parking is free!

Highly recommend seeing Lester for physio! He is knowledgeable, attentive and very professional. He modifies the treatment according to what I come in for and always put in his best treatments. I love how his treatments don't use any ultrasound or tens machines but with hands on manual therapy.

I been going to Raincity Wellness for a few months now. Worked with Lester a lot to improve muscle tightness and neck issues which lead to lack of sleep. Lester is amazing to work with and quickly and efficiently fixed a lot of problems I had.The RMTs really know how to relieve sore muscles and helps me from causing injuries. Karmon and Richard both are highly recommended.

Lester is the best! He is incredibly hands on and understanding; he knows how gruelling injuries can be. Appreciate that he is always learning and constantly trying to be better. He is a magician.
