Remedy Plumbing was a wonderful company to work with. They provided a free estimate, scheduled our job in a timely manner and stayed close to the quote when we added one last minute service. All done very professionally and in a reasonable about of time! We will use there service again and recommend them to those looking for a plumber in the area.

I was given Remedy as a professional reference a few months back when another company was booked up. Very thankful for that. I've had them out a couple times since then. Very professional, friendly, and prompt. I put their number on my fridge, and they'll be who I call going forward.

Called at 4:30pm Friday night. Ian showed up at 5:15pm. Water heater replaced Saturday by noon. Completely satisfied with the service.

So very grateful for the timeliness, quality and cost in which Ian and his co-partner had done with our half bath. I am retired now, but I spent most of my career in a customer service related field, It has caused me to be very judgmental about customer service. I cringe and unfortunately anger easy at poor customer service. But when a job is done as well as this one was, it deserves recognition. Remedy Plumbing is the best, simply the best. Ian was a life saver when our basement flooded on a weekend. One call to Remedy Plumbing (after hours by the way) and Ian was here within minutes. Ian literally ran from his Parked vehicle to our front door to stop the flood. Ian was extremely professional and helped us through the procedures with our insurance company. Ian was compassionate and understanding as he worked with us on what was obviously a financial challenge in that we had to replace three hot water heaters and two sump pumps well-being on fixed-income. Remedy Plumbing is extremely professional but yet a down-to-earth business.

Ian was awesome! My Water Heater was leaking. I called and he said send him some pics. I did and he quoted me a price and said that was the price no matter what. He came and installed my Water Heater. It didn't have shut off valves on the old one, so he installed those at no charge. Price was EXACTLY what he quoted. Great job and very professional and honest. I have actually recommended him to a friend and my Father In Law recently. Take it from me, it's SUPER hard to find a good, reliable and honest contractor. I will use Remedy exclusively in the future

We were having issues with our bathroom faucet, as well as had a few other plumbing issues that were minor and could be avoided, so we had put off addressing them.  I had messaged Ian and he was quick to respond, even apologizing for his delay in response (it was only about an hour!).  He provided me with options and said they could also address any other concerns we had while they were there.  He and another worker showed up a couple days later and were quick to end up replacing the entire faucet.  They also addressed a leak in the bathroom faucet overflow, as well as the bathtub overflow and swapped out the old washer lines for us.  He also provided info on what it would take on turning our half bath into a full bath.  Given the time they were there, and fixtures provided, the overall bill was very fair.

Ian is great! I was able to schedule an appointment via text, and he responded immediately. He fixed the plumbing issue quickly. Very professional, prompt and personable! I would definitely recommend Remedy Plumbing's services. They're now on my speed dial.
