From our first phone call needing help they were assuring and from every step of the way were so comforting and took care of Mom and her family with dignity and kindness. Roger was so patient and kind. Becky connected with our Mother and took a generous amount of time to get to know our Mother Lynn to give her the most moving and genuine celebration of life. She suggested a piper which was a family friend who topped the service off to unbelievable expectations. The graphic technician was prompt , captured and shared all of our memorable moments.All along I said we felt like family.Thank you Arbor and know that your chosen people make an impact during families most difficult times.

Having to make cremation arrangements for my father was a day I never looked forward to. My wife and I worked very close with Ken Gray, and he made this experience easy to comprehend, in a time when we are not thinking clearly. He was very empathetic, understanding of what we were going through emotionally. He listened to every word we said, and when it came to showing Dad, he had leaned some golf clubs up and made reference to a funny story we shared about Dad. I couldn't have had a better experience in such a tough time in my life.

In a time where I was experiencing grief and trying to make decision for a loved one, I am grateful that I had Ken’s support through the entire process.I appreciate the empathy, patience and care that Ken provided. He truly did whatever he could to make sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered.
