We had the pleasure of getting our floors done by Aktas Floors, Brampton. Emily took charge and kept us informed of the progress. Carpets and laminate floors had to be ordered in. No problem!! As soon as she was able to she scheduled her installers to come and finish the jobs. The installers came on time, did an excellent job and most importantly left the job site clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending anybody to use this company. We will certainly use her again. Emily thank you again for your excellent customer service which really made the difference - Beelkish.

10/10 Recommend, Condo (Vinyl Installation)Emily gave me super helpful advice when I first came into the store and guided me in-depth to help me make a more informed decision about my flooring as well as giving me tons of samples to take home.Matt assisted me throughout the process and answered all my queries. Aktas floors agreed to do work that other high-rated flooring companies were not agreeing to do (remove sliding doors, cabinets, flooring under kitchen islands etc).Most importantly the installation team (two Turkish guys) did an AMAZING job and went above and beyond when we encountered unexpected blockers in the task. Everyone I spoke to in my interaction was very friendly, would 100% work with them for any future work.

Aktas flooring has really good customer service. They’ve installed smart drop vinyl for my kitchen. Very clean working and they know what they are doing. Perfect guys for flooring and the price is good compared to other places.

Thank you Aktas Floors for repairing my herringbone hardwood which has chips in them. Herringbone is not an easy design to repair. I had contacted Aktas Flooring and within an hour their incredibly skilled installers arrived to my house completed work. They replaced the broken pieces with new ones and took their time in taking out the damaged. The work was super clean. They renewed my floor. The installers were very friendly. They vacuumed the repair site and kept everything clean. My family came home and noticed the previously damaged was gone. Thank you such much Mr. Aktas and the crew. I highly recommend this company.

Hassan for Aktas Floors was very professional and extremely helpful with getting my flooring delivered on time as well he ordered custom nosing. The installers - Arif and his team, were excellent. New flooring installed in one day, very quick and professional. Highly recommend both Aktas Floors and installation team. Thank you love my new flooring.

We had to replace wood flooring due to a flood insurance claim. Emily was very quick to reply to any of our questions, and went out of her way to send us samples (we live three hours away). Emily was a delight to work with. Definitely recommend Aktas!

Great place, the show room in Brampton is amazing. you walk in and everything is installed and displayed very meticulously. the tile, laminate, and hardwood samples are all on the walls. This helped me pick out the products for my projects easier.The staff are friendly and nice. They make you feel at home and are honest.I recommend anyone that needs any flooring to take the time and visit them in Brampton. it is worth the drive.The installation service is great. They are very fast and efficient. When they installed my hardwood flooring, approx 3000 sqft, they did it in 2 days and cleaned everything up. The house was vacuumed and mopped before I showed up to see it.Good job guys.
