Overall it's a good building with decent amenities.Like other review said. There are problem with the elevators in the south tower in 2020 to 2021. However I do see improvement over the last two years and those elevator problems have been rare. Staff on site are helpful and professional and people who live here are quiet.Location wise, the building is close to two street car and st andrew station is in walkable distance. Nonetheless, there aren't large grocery shop near the building so if you like to cook you will need to travel a bit to get your grocery.Amenities include gym, an outdoor terrace and a pool (share with hotel).Overall, it's a good living experience and I recommend anyone who would love to try out

Elevators never work. None of the amenities are ready. Management ineffective and unresponsive. Building is beautiful, prime location, big balconies with nice views. But beauty is superficial - it’s clear the tower was slapped together hastily with low grade materials, basically a pig in lipstick. Things just aren’t built to last anymore I suppose. Sad!

Lived at 115 for almost 2 years and here are the issues: 1) At least 1-2/4 elevators are out of service. 2) Amenities are still not completed despite saying it'll be open by summer of 2020. 3) Resident started to have access to the hotel gym this month via telephone booking but has a limit of 3 residents/hour to accommodate hotel guests (not due to covid regulations). 4) 3 construction sites directly opposite the building on the east, south and west side. 5) Locker and bike racks are regularly broken into. 7) 2 major floods occurred on the lower floors since I moved in. 6) Overall situation does not appear to improve despite many complaints to the management.

This is a horribly managed building. It seems like a great location and since it's a new building you expect things to be in order but the reality is far from that. In the last 10 months there has not been a single day where all 4 elevators have worked simultaneously. In fact there have been many days where only 1 is working (during the pandemic) and it has taken an hour to get back to your unit in a squished elevator. No amenities have been opened even though they were advertised and promised - gym or pool did not open all year and they are not expected to anytime soon. The utilities provided through Provident are also very expensive and more than others pay nearby. Save your money and do buy or rent here.

Property management is extremely cheap.5 weeks ago there was a flood in two of the four elevators - I have not seen a single maintenance worker or any work being done to fix this in 5 weeks. Lineups for the elevator are now 10-20 minutes and they leave the stairs entrance locked.Similarly, the building abandoned finishing the amenities once the units were rentable. I have not seen a construction worker since August 2020. Pool, gym, patio are not even close to being finished and have not been worked on since August.Horrible quality throughout. Only live here if you can negotiate discounted rent for the lack of amenities.

Poor quality build with the worst management I have encountered in Toronto. The building has had multiple floods, with the last causing significant damage and putting 2/4 elevators out of service. It has been over 8 weeks and the elevators are still not fixed. This outage has resulted in lines of 20+ people waiting in close proximity for the elevators. Covid-19 measures are not being enforced. This is far from a luxury condo building, let alone the average quality of a Toronto condo building. Proceed with extreme caution.

Elevators constantly stop working, there is generally only one or two working elevators for the North tower. It has been over a year and this is a co stent problem, not just temporary. It takes me 10-15min to leave the building. Do not live here.

Cons- No amenities open/ready for use - gym, swimming pool, patio. Active construction sites almost every direction so a lot of noise and dust. 2 or 3 out of the 4 elevators are mostly broken. The entrance from King St is blocked with construction material since I moved into this building - so we have to go all the way around and enter through Blue Jays Way which does not make sense. The condos are not well designed- can hear people throwing garbage through the chute 30 times a day. Average hydro bill for a 1 bedroom is $120.Pros- Location, Friendly staffEdit- the king st entrance is now open

Quite possibly the worst managed building in Toronto. Katherine and her team have had over a year to solve elevator issues and fix a front entrance lock with no success. Security is amazing, and would be better suited for leadership roles than the current management.

This is a horrible building and management.I’ve lived in it since pre pandemic and I am glad I’m leaving this week.Hydro is managed by Provident Energy. Every bill is around $200 for my studio, like?Elevators are constantly broken and management does nothing to fix it. Two elevators have been broken forever. People get stuck in elevators and management takes forever to respond. I called 911 one time to come to help get people out from the elevator.amenities are not even completed! They never opened and will never open, management keep on promising to open but never did.Oh and if you park in the visitor parking, your car gets a ticket cause they don’t have a proper system.Water leakage, we were out of water for full day- multiple times.Tons of construction sites around the building, very noisy.Definitely don't recommend and not worth $1200 per month even.Save yourself and don’t get stuck in a one year lease. It’s absolutely terrible.
