I used Penney Auto Body & Glass to replace my Tesla's cracked windscreen a week or so ago. I found the entire experience was made quick and easy by the team at Penney, who managed the insurance claim and provided all the support and help needed. My windscreen was replaced promptly and professionally. They were able to squeeze my car in earlier than originally booked, which was great. I would absolutely use them again (although I hope I don't need to!), and I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for polite, prompt, informative, and professional service.

My Tesla has a small chip on the windshield so I called them twice asking for information. The staffs who answered my phone calls were friendly (male staffs on both occasions). However when I got to the body shop, the female staff was so cold, no smile, minimal talking.Other than that, the chip was fixed within an hour. They also handle the insurance claim. I hope I don’t need to use their service in the future.

DONT GO HERE!!! Very unprofessional staff. The lady in the front is extremely rude and the mechanic in the back was very unprofessional and rude. They fixed my Tesla bumper and had my side door scratched and claimed it wasn’t their fault. Now I have to pay for something I didn’t do.

Booking was so easy, just texted over insurance papers, confirmed with a few days.So great was their car wash and interior vacuum but best part was they remembered to save my commercial decal on old windshield and still kept it for the new one!Highly recommend!

The person at the reception was polite but the mechanic was a condescending jerk. He told me my windshield was cracked because of my roof rack even though Tesla already assessed the damage and said it came from a rock chip (the rack doesn't attach anywhere near the windshield). Then he put the rack back on wrong and told me he didn't do anything to it and wouldn't fix it when it was perfectly secured when I dropped it off.
