We thought that Louis was an outstanding service rep. He was very knowledgeable in testing our system and getting it up and running. He was also so patient with us, explaining to us how our system works. Prompt delivery (communicated to us!) of our salt order the next day was appreciated. The service from the office manager was also exceptional. Thanks!

Luis and Angela were awesome to deal with. I couldn't be happier with our new water system. They provided us with many different options in a no pressure type of environment and also provided an honest opinion of the lemon of a system we had before. Great Service. Very easy to work with. Huge difference in our water, no more mineral build up! We had the Salt-Free Water Conditioner installed.

I had a concern about the quality of our water so I sent an email request to Culligan in Parksville to have the water tested. I had an immediate response from Bob Pemberton who tested the water and gave me his findings which were pretty much in line with what I had expected. I decided to buy both the softener and a Big Blue filter. Luis arrived within a few days and did a fabulous job of installing both of them in a very confined area. The results were immediate and my now soft water confirmed that I had made the right decision. Bob came back to retest the water and inspect the installation a week later. I'm delighted with the service, the results and the pricing. It doesn't get much better.

Setup an account today and receive water the next day! Normal expectations that the competition is not providing. Strongly recommend as the process is fast efficient and professional.

Poor customer service, poor pricing and terrible inconsistent delivery for residential. If there were negative stars for culligan I would give it.

I would highly recommend Culligan to anyone, the service in Parksville was amazing.Bob the guy that come out to Port Alberni was very professional and answered any of the questions I had. I'm loving my soft and clean water, what a difference to our everyday life.From saving money on cleaning products and soaps to keeping my blond hair from going brassy! Lol..

It's good fresh tasting water. I like the delivery service and the driver is very nice.The price is actually pretty decent per bottle compared to going to the store and getting it yourself when you consider how often you'd have to go. Its very nice to have it at your door for you. And I am a water snob, I care a lot about the quality of water I drink and tested it myself, and I'm more than happy to drink Culligan water. :)
