Cascade Insurance: Rikki Puri

I have been dealing with Rikki for years, no issues and always getting what i need done on time.

He is lucky that there is no zero rate here. Otherwise zero. Don't ever trust this guy. Very bad experience. If you want some troubles, go ahead.

This review is for the other company Rik Puri owns under RAR Development Ltd. Rik Puri/RAR Develpopment is NOT a trust worthy company to build your home. We've hired Rik Puri (owner of RAR Development Ltd.) in December 2021 to build our custom home and paid him 10K deposit to start. At the beginning, he seems nice and approachable. Now in 2022, 5 months had passed, no progress, no quotes, no construction, a lot of times we can't even get a hold him! ALL EMPTY TALK AND NO WORK DONE. We later found out why we stuck at city for months is because he forgot to provide some information. Our family was stressed and our project delayed. Something obviously not right with the work ethic, ability and attentiveness of this builder and finally we've decided to break our relationship with him. Really wanted to share my true, recent experience with him so consumers would be warned. To us, Rik Puri is definitely NOT a reputable builder whom anyone could rely on.

Riki is a super nice notary guy. He is absolutely professional in not only legal matters but also commercial and auto insurance. As an immigration professional, Rikki help me and my clients for 9 years and 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!
