Matt and his excellent team cleaned our roof, gutter, inside and outside windows of our home. They did an excellent job of everything! Well worth the cost compared to value of my own time. His crew were very courteous and explained all of their procedures before executing. They answered all of our questions and touched-up areas we were concerned about after the initial job. They confirmed they would stop by in a few months to make sure there were no outstanding issues. I would highly recommend Matt and his team if you value your own time and safety.

Matt’s home services recently soft washed our condo balconies as well as power washed our condo grounds perimeter. They were friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up everywhere afterwards. The prices for their services are very reasonable and we highly recommend them for all your condo cleaning needs. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Matt's Home Services did a great job cleaning my gutters on my 2.5 story house and separate gsrage. The two workers were quiet, very polite, thorough, careful of plants and borders. They vacummed and scrapped moss from the gutters. They cleaned up the side walkways afterwards and explained a possible roof issue ( moss on ond edge may need addressing next season). The price was fair ( $300 plus tax) and similar to what we paid in previous years for what seemed a more thorough job. I will hire them again. As a bonus, Matt's is a local family run business..

Heard great things about this company, so gave them a shot. Fantastic service cleaning windows, roof & gutter cleaning (with a LOT of debris).I watched this huge load of stuff come off my roof and figured I’d have to check closely for perimeter clean up. Got called into a meeting and came back to a spotless garden, including clean-up of beds.Windows are perfect, too.

The workers are friendly and clean up the surrounding area (including the neighbours on both side) after the job is completed. They used the blower to clean the gutter, not with water. I am only worried that they were walking on the tile roof hoping that none of the tile were cracked by the wait. I will recommend their service.

We hired Matt to clean the moss off our roof and to clean our gutters. There is a huge red cedar in our back yard so this is not a small undertaking. The last service we hired to do this left 2 feet of debris all over our back yard and deck and told us that clean up was not part of the package. With Matt’s Home Services, not only is our roof spotless but they cleaned up everything! The entire back patio was swept clean! You wouldn’t even know that a particle of debris was blown off the roof. We were very impressed. They were recommended to us by our roofer. He said that Matt’s Home Services is the company he always uses and recommends. We didn’t think you could get a better recommendation than that!
