I was so happy that Judy Henning paired me with Vera Saeme in Yarmouth . Vera shined in every way throughout the process. Her instincts were on point and she knew exactly what I wanted in a property I ended up with the house of my dreams. I have made a wonderful little office in my new home and can keep booking all of the great entertainment at the Drake Pub in Alberta from right here in Nova Scotia! I simply couldn't have done better than Vera Saeme andEngle & Volkers in Yarmouth. Vera was incredibly helpful in the process of buying my home in Port Maitland. Her patience and kindness with me throughout the process of buying my first house was so appreciated. She knows her stuff and had a great instinct for what I was looking for in a property. The house I ended up falling in love with and buying wasn't even on my radar of places to look at. It was Vera who brought the listing to my attention and arranged a showing hours later. There was no looking back. We started the process of buying right then. Vera helped arrange all of the inspections unbelievably quickly. She seems to know all the tradesmen/women in town and I had it all done in a couple of weeks! No doubt in my mind I wouldn't have had as smooth an experience with anyone else looking after me. I certainly wouldn't have my sweet 3 bedroom,3 bath with ocean view without her. Truly the whole office and team at Yarmouth E&V made me feel so welcome. They even let my dog hang out!!
