I called them Sunday morning January 19th for my furnace repair, they sent a technician right away and he was able to fix my furnace right on spot. Great and amazing service and I recommend this company to everyone. Also very affordable price for my budget!

Since to some less is more, I would simply say professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service and all during COVID!I personally apricate the details on reviews, so for other like me.....It was such a delight to receive an exceptional and genuine experience during the challenging time with COVID upon us. The technician accommodated to my schedule to have a video call appointment to solve my furnace issues as it gave out before Canadian winter did. He went above and beyond and made it out the same night and waited around for parts to arrive. With small talk I mentioned my fireplace having issues, he even got that to work!! Great experience, I never felt I need to give some one seven stars rating or write a review, but I defiantly did with this experience!! Thank you @Empire Heating & Cooling Inc.

I highly recommend Empire Heating & Cooling. Ali is quick to reply, very fair and reasonable in pricing and does a very good job with furnace and air conditioning maintenance. They do maintenance service for us for a while and never disappoint. They are always on schedule and they keep the work area clean when they leave.
