Dr. Frank Lee treated me EXTREMELY POORLY when I brought my pup in to receive care. When he was making suggestions on next steps to diagnosis, I asked a few questions to gain clarity and decided to yell at me and say well if you shut up and listen to me you would understand." I replied that I was just trying to understand what he was saying and he yelled at me again to "stop yapping... just take your dog and go somewhere else".I cannot believe that I was spoken to like that by someone who I was trying to entrust with my pup to see what the problem is. Even his receptionist came and apologized to me when I came to pick up my dog. Dr. Frank Lee was very disrespectful

Dr Frank Lee is an amazing veterinarian! We’ve had different vets over the years when we lived in different areas and he’s by far the best. The care we received for our COVID puppy has been great! Brampton Vet Hospital has followed strict COVID safety measures and even though we haven’t met Dr Lee in person his attention to all our puppy needs has been incredible.Our little girl has had quite a few health problems and every step of the way he’s taken the time to explain things to us and always asks if we have any more questions. We also appreciate that he tries the least invasive plan first and has been so reassuring that some of her health issue like a knee cap that kept popping out didn’t need treatment at the time and was something she would probably grow out of (which she did). Even when it comes to medications he’ll inform us on all the options saying that the expensive one isn’t better it’s just different then the antibiotic she was on before.I really appreciate too that whenever we’ve called for an appointment the staff have got us in quickly.I would highly recommend Dr Lee!

When we moved to Brampton, Dr Lee has been our Vet. He's always looked for my dog's best interest. When we added our second furry family member, there was no hesitation that Dr Lee would give him the best care.

Came for a simple annual checkup and find a local vet for my pet.While the general staff are the nicest you could ask for, the vet Dr Lee is the most argumentative, condescending and uninformative you could find. The parking lot is located at a very unfortunate spot on a busy intersection, entering and leaving by car can be a bit of a hassle.

I have been taking my dog Tosca to this vet since I moved to Brampton 6 months ago. While my previous vet had only suggested supplements to treat her mobility issues Dr Lee came up with a diagnosis and effective treatment.I am very grateful to Dr Lee and his associates.

My cat needed emergency treatment this week and was in dire straights. I was appalled that my regular vet would not take her and the vets in my area (downtown Toronto) wouldn't take her as a new patient for an emergency. I called Brampton Veterinary Hospital as a last resort because it was my vet before I moved here. Dr. Lee and his team not only saw me the same day but somehow revived my cat that was booked for euthanization the next day. Dr. Lee takes his time explaining your options, the pros, cons and the cost. They are so gentle with my little girl and I can't thank them enough for what they did for me! This cat has no idea she almost died this week! I know it doesn't change her prognosis but if I can get another week or month, I'm forever grateful.

Dr. Lee has been taking care of my pets for several years. Through routine visits to serious health issues, I am thankful for Dr. Lee’s skill and compassion. My chocolate lab, Finnegan, has had a number of health issues. Dr. Lee was exceptional when Finnegan had a spinal cord injury. Finnegan had been misdiagnosed at the emergency clinic. Dr. Lee very quickly correctly identified that there was a spinal cord injury and went above and beyond to get us in to see a veterinary neurologist as soon as possible. Finnegan has recovered beautifully from that episode but as an older dog does have some ongoing health concerns. Dr. Lee always very patiently explains his diagnosis and clearly outlines treatment options. He is truly concerned about Finnegan’s welfare but also wants me to be comfortable with the course of treatment. He is generous with his time when answering questions and respects my choices. I am grateful to have Dr. Lee as partner in the care of my pets.

The staff and Dr Lee helped my 5 MTH old kitten when she jumped out a fifth story window and helped us that very same day. The staff n receptionist were all very kind, supportive n really helped us with our growing baby Minnie Mouse. Without them, I don't think Minnie would be the kitten she is today. I really appreciated all the advice, the information that they had provided us. They are loving, kind and very caring people when it came to my baby. Thank you for all that you have done n will do for her.

Vet and staff were friendly and informational..I was happy leaving every time satisfied. This is my new vet! Thank all of you!

I came here when our previous vet wasn’t answering their phones all weekend while my dog was having an emergency. I’ve had an ongoing problem with my dog for years & nothing seemed to be working. After seeing Dr.Lee my dog’s issue is finally under control. I very much appreciated how Dr.Lee took his time to talk to me & how he made sure to do the appropriate tests before making any assumptions.
