I would give a ZERO star if I could. I took my device there because it only turns on but it's stuck on the upgrade screen. I left my device with Barry. I picked up my device 2 days later and it doesn't even turn on anymore! He broke it and said he's not responsible for it! And there were debris left inside the screen! AVOID this place and go elsewhere!

Good and straight forward service. Got phone fixed in 2 days. Price for the New screen was expensive but after some research and price shopping figured the samsung s6 lcd screens are very expensive and his overall price was similar if not a bit better then the others. and he threw in a free battery and glass screen protector battery. Overall good experience.

Barry of A32 Wireless is a Criminal! He keeps your phone then raises the price after he gives you a lower one!! He more than likely copies your hard drive too! Criminal Stay away! BAD BUSINESS!

Owner shows serious incompetence and doesn’t know a thing about customer service. Will make mistakes “fixing” your equipment just so if you leave with one problem dealt with, you are sure for another one to arise. Utter waste of money and time, do not give him your business.

Not a good business to deal with.Took the phone for repair, steamed 1/2 hr. work to do the job, was not ready after an hr. waiting.asked for 30 more minute to get it done and closes the door and go for outI suppose for lunch.Pick up the phone unrepaired.Have no respect for customer.

Yes.shadiest place with the shadiest people .very bad service ,he thinks hes the only guy can help u in the world . replaced an ipad 5th screen, but home key doesnt work ,then wait another 2 days to fix it .1 month later ,the screen start to automatically input some words sometimes ,just like somebody do it ,so i know he use the low quality parts ,and I decide to replace the screen by myself . When the touch screen was open ,I found that he didn't even tight 2 of 4 screws for the Lcd, and one is shorter,the other one is longer , and then I found they are wrong size screws.Does any guy know how to give a 0 star reviews? Tnx

Barry has no customer service what so ever, he thinks he's the only repair guy in the world. Went to him twice, prices are never what he tells you before. Charges a lot and uses cheap products, makes a high price out no where and isn't straight up with you. I can't believe Google has him high up the search results. He isn't professional at all. Tells me he doesn't have the part to to fix will take 4 days to repair, so I went to another store and they fixed it the same day better customer service. I don't know how he is still in business when he tries cheat people and isn't honest. Bottom line he is a shady & inconsiderate person you are better off somewhere else. Save your time and money.

Don't go expecting the best customer service. He gets the job done and that was good enough for me. I paid $45 to repair my shattered IPhone 5s screen and he fixed it in under 10minutes.

Really bad experience,he took the money first,then if not fixed he will not return the money. You also need to wait there,I think my phone he changed the used part,the screen is ok now,but the battery run off soon.He always showed busy and ask you come back to pick up,who knows he did what on your phone. Then I changed to Pacific mall on the second floor,they are really professional and fix quickly in front of you!!!

Every time ask money for everything, exaggerates his poor quality items, eventually you got pay much more for cheap things. I will Never ever go there. Bad stuffs, no customer service at all.
