Would have given zero stars if I could. Any bank branch I have ever been to, has a cashier section, and usually some financial representatives. These guys don't have a cashier. So if you are unlucky like me, you may end up waiting for more than a hour for some representative to answer your questions or issue a check for you. Extremely poor design. I would not call this a bank branch" ."

Impeccable service, the guys work overtime and until the last customer. They help us until 21:30 when they close at 20:00. So, we can open an account on the day of arrival. Thanks for help Taman, Karan and Anurag

Horrendous customer service.Zero communication amongst the staff, which resulted in me waiting 20-30 minutes to only be told that the service I was looking for was not available as a result of technical issues.Absolutely wasted my time for no reason at all!As a CIBC customer, I’m appalled.
