Excellent, honest and friendly service.

I contracted John from The Chimney Swift to clean and inspect a fireplace and chimney. John was extremely thorough at both the cleaning and inspection. He used a video camera to assess the condition of the flu and chimney. He did a really comprehensive job and delivered a level of service that is rare in the service industry these days. John provided a thorough WETT inspection, and offered valuable supplementary advice and answers to my questions. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was made aware in advance by Louise that John was unable to work effectively with a face mask given the nature of the work, but we were able to compensate with adequate social distancing. Can't say enough about this company. I recently bought a home with a wood burning fireplace and needed it cleaned. I did my research and decided to go with the Chimney Swift.Highly experienced and very personable. John Explained what he was going to do told me roughly how long it would take .Very clean and professional. When I booked the appointment with Louise she was friendly and honest and told me that I had to wait a bit for the cleaning. It was worth the wait. Good things are worth waiting for. Glad I did. Fist time costumer , future client .Btw I am a certified brick/stone mason for the last 32 years. And John has been swifting chimneys for about the same time.Experience shows and it is a great asset to have knowing I can trust him with my wood burner.
