Booked us for a trailer for Friday morning. We are here now to pick it up (9am). They are not open.. and not picking up the phone.. So I guess they don't honour their bookings? Needed it for a move... the other store doesn't have it in and I can see the unit on their lot. F minus. Would not recommend.

A lot more trailers at this location, so reserve here.No real box selection though.uhaul section is part of a pool store, so only 1 guy knows how to operate the Uhaul computer, so expect some waiting if he is around doing pool business stuff.
