I am in the process of moving from Ontario to Cape Breton and I haven't seen service the likes of Archway McCoy in 20 years in Ontario! Catherine was on top of everything and I gave her a limited time frame to find home insurance for my property. Not only did she find the insurance but provided a quote $300 cheaper than another insurance agent I was referred to. Catherine's communication skills were tremendous and she kept on top of the situation. I cannot say how impressed I am, nor would I hesitate in recommending this Company. I was going to say Ontarians look no further but I should say CANADIANS look no further. BTW Catherine, my friend is going to call you when his insurance is up for renewal.

Ive been with them for many years My insurance went up over 500 this year. I called and it didn't help. One phone call to a a Monroe and they are over 600 a year cheaper.That's quite the difference in price for the exact same coverage

Our experience at Archway was fabulous! We are so happy with our experience. We had a major flood in our town and our policy covered us and our representative at Archway supported us through the whole issue. Very much appreciated!

We live in Ontario and my son is attending College in Sydney which made arranging insurance a bit more difficult. Archway was amazing, the Customer Service I received was top notch. Great people to deal with.

Quality of service is so poor took months to get proper insurance. still having troubles with payments. expensive insurance (not like promised)

Spoke with a broker to get a quote on home and auto. Discussed my needs and went over best rates compared to my current provider. Explained advantages of one over the other. Great service. THANKS Laura!

So I call for house insurance, I was told it would be x amount a month and I agreed to it, I signed the paperwork and got the insurance , I get a package in the mail a month and a half later that had every detail in the package, this tells me that I'd be paying 2 payments back to back that would cost me 40% of the total year up front, this was not told to me at all just the monthly charge , so I email and cancel the insurance because it's just not somthing I agrees to or am willing to pay, the insurance was canceled and them payments didn't come out, but about 2 weeks later I get a letter of x amount owning for 1.5 months for when I was insured, I dont feel I should pay this because they where not upfront with me from the start, they tell me it's there policy to be upfront with all costs and they wernt , I called the broker because email just wasn't cutting it, she told me well you had insurance with us befor and I assumed you new about these charges with the new insurance but I cant be sure if I mentioned them to you or not, theres nothing in the emails about extra charges, so I talked to the manager and she told me there's nothing they can do because it was insured time I have to pay for, but I wouldn't of signed any documents knowing I'd pay so much upfront, but the manager told me it was my responsibility to find out the costs from the insurance company befor I proceed with the contract, like how does that make sense, there selling it they should be upfront with every red cent? If someone came to u with a product and they told u what it would be to own it, and u buy it then all kinds of hidden costs came out and u where not aware of them would u feel swindled ? Cheated? Lied to? I don't believe I should pay this, if they where upfront the whole time I wouldn't of agreed to such a large sum of money upfront , they should make this right but from my phone call I had, im the one paying the price for them not following there policies.

Been with Bluenose/ Brokerlink for 4 years with my business and they are very helpful and personable..They are local to me in the Cape Breton area which means they are very accessible.But with the takeover with BrokerLink the contact has to be 800# and takes away from the personables when calling..I do try to always go to the business location..Great local service!

In my humble opinion, Archway insurance is a wonderful place to do business.They got reasonable prices on all kinds of different coverages that you may be looking for.Melva is my go to person.
