I always bring my dresses and coats here to get altered, usually I have to take length off the sleeves and taken in and she has always done a great job!

Horrible Horrible terrible and rude service.The owner-lady there tried to take complete advantage (and 100 % hose) my friend (the bride) and lied by telling her the rip in her wedding dress (which happened on site, and done BY the owner-lady) was “fixed” this morning at pick up time when it was *finally* ready- when it clearly wasn’t fixed or tailored. In fact: nothing had been done beside a quick and sloppy fix which she tried to cover up and pretend she had.The bride had to continually call for updates on the dress for weeks and weeks, and each time there was a different excuse, and the answer: “Next week it will be ready”, became very common.It is now less than ONE week away until the wedding and the dress was NOT finished!!!I’m not doubting her experience or skills in any way- but I am hugely concerned for any other bride or customer dealing with them because this experience was nothing short of stressful and there was absolutely NO remorse for their lack of customer service, or for what they did to the brides dress - and what they didn’t do, yet still demanded that the bride pay a hefty sum for work that was not even done.Buyer-beware. You’d be better to go to the mall, or somewhere else, so your expensive and favorite clothing doesn’t get wrecked by this place and you don’t get a ripped wedding dress back!!!It’s a shame - and I hope no one else receives this kind of poor service.

I never caught her name, but the older lady did an excellent job for me. She was very friendly, we chatted for a while when I picked my stuff up. When I brought my stuff to her she was very adamant that everything was set in place exactly the way I wanted it, very thorough and accurate. Went to pick it up and she say's You're stuff has been waiting for you a couple days I wasn't sure you were coming back" meanwhile I showed up at the agreed upon date and time! lol. Loved my experience here
