Booked these fellas weeks ago. Showed up today half an hour early ready to go.Fast and efficient load.Fast and efficient offload with no issues to my belongings.Billing was fair with no surprises.Would use them again. 5☆

Matt and Antonio showed up and as soon as the truck was set up they were at it right away. I had a small 2 bedroom suite worth to move and although they did go over the 3 hours, the new place had a flight and a half of stairs that wasn’t the easiest to maneuver with large items. I’ll recommend these guys to anyone moving who wants to hire a solid crew that really hustle :)Thanks guys ✌️

PACKRAT MOVERS REVIEWWe hired Pack Rat Movers to move our home contents into new Sea Can containers provided by a local container company. We also supplied all new moving blankets and protective items required for safe packing including Mattress Bags. The cans were then picked up and stored in a facility for 10 months.When we opened the containers up at our new home and started unloading contents we were absolutely shocked at what we discovered. Most of the items were packed using no blankets at all, and our 6 month old dressers were stacked on top of each other with no Packing blankets whatsoever and scratched and scraped beyond belief.Looking further we discovered more of the same. At this point we stopped offloading the container and took numerous pictures of some of the pieces right where they sat before removing them from the sea can. I called Pack Rat Movers before removing any more of the furniture and spoke to their manager who told me their not responsible for items not transported by their trucks and the Sea cans probably caused the damage. (It would have been nice to know this when I first contacted them)He basically told me to get lost so I then asked to speak to the owner. The manager" was very evasive and would not pass on my concerns to the owner. After calling back a couple times trying to pass on my moving & loading dates to the manager I gave up.I didn't directly supervise these characters

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience with James and his team. I was in a last minute pickle and they were able to help me out and make the process SO easy in a time of high stress. Thank you soooooooo much James and team!

So my wife and I have moved MANY TIMES over the last 17 years and this is the first time we have used movers! I checked out a few places and Packrat had good reviews so I gave them a call. James was very responsive and professional over the phone and we ended up booking the move with them. Nate and Tristan showed up right on time on Sunday morning and literally jumped out of the truck like they were ready to go! That was a good sign and they didn't disappoint! Both very polite and respectful with masks on and very careful with our stuff. We had everything wrapped and ready to load and they were very appreciative of that and had everything loaded in under an hour. Got the whole move done in under 3 hours (the minimum time they charge for) and everything put in it's place for us. 5 Stars to Nate and Tristan and especially nice to see 2 young guys be such hard workers and have good positive attitudes!

I would avoid this company at all costs. We procured this company for a move. Two of the movers were told specifically to leave certain objects behind that did not belong to us. They did not tell us that their movers did not know English and they brought the items we told them do not belong to us. We were quoted $1700 for an entire day move by a gentleman names James. When they finished their associate towered over us at the table and demanded more. He told us to pay in cash to avoid taxes from revenue Canada. They broke numerous items including an 82 inch television.when the owner was called he advised that electronics are not covered but if I gave him an additional $2400 he would put in an insurance claim for all of my possessions. He then sent me text messages later on that evening asking me to sit down with his personal friends to discuss it civilly. Extremely unprofessional. The owner also yelled at my 65 year old mother about the items that were broken. We requested information about his employees whether they are bonded as advertised on his website and he did not answer us. Do not feel very safe with the employees he had come into our home and so many broken items. You will be better off getting one if the professional companies in townHighly recommend not to use this company"

I've used them twice before and no issues. I recently hired Packrat Movers for a small move and they were fantastic. Very efficient, careful and attentive. The movers were very friendly and took care of everything without any issues.Highly recommended.

James and his team in west Kelowna were great. Professional, courteous and they did a difficult move down stairs. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

James and his crew are professional, responsive and helpful. They took great care with all items and nothing broke! I would use them again for any moving services, and can highly recommend them.

We asked Packrat movers if they could do a move for us on short notice and they were more than willing to make it happen! Great communication, easy to plan with and fair priced!Very professional!
