CIBC Branch with ATM

I give my stars not to the place but to the person. Brandon always solves my problems. I've never had a problem with him. May more such faithful employees.

Poor service all around. We have a small business and we’re told that our accounts were being closed - they couldn’t even give us a valid reason for any of this other than a 30 day notice to move our line of credits, credit cards and bank cards. We are accountants and never missed payments or did anything to warrant such a harsh letter.When we come into this branch, the staff and managers showed poor customer service. We waited for 10 minutes for our scheduled appointment to close the accounts. Our rep instead went on to service other clients instead of us who were scheduled to see him. When my colleague asked the manager why, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at us.Very disappointing service for a big bank and appalled at the rudeness displayed by the management team.If you have a business, go elsewhere. The stress of changing all of your bank accounts and credit cards is really not a small deal. Here you’re just a number. After 5 years of being clients, you’d think they would treat us with some respect. I’m being treated like a second class client without any rhyme or reason to this. On the other hand, Scotia bank welcomed us with open arms and treated us with respect. Thanks scotia!

the worst branch I have ever seen in toronto. i regret why did i open an account at cibc. the minimum wait time is about 45 minutes. poor customer service despite the customers are waiting in the line the employees do their own job. CIBC managemtFYI

Busy location But No service. Always only 1 teller working.

Lame excuses given to not work. Absolutely terrible service. The manager Muhammad A. blatantly lied through his teeth and refused to give a simple bank letter confirming my account details. Walked into other branch, got it in 5 minutes no questions asked. This bank should be closed!

Extremely rude Teller when I went in. I ended up Walking away and using a different Bank because of Her. Customer Service like that leaves me wanting to completly move all of my funds to a different Financial Institution. Use the Bank Machine if you can rather than going into this Branch and dealing w/ a Teller

I found the staff to be very helpful and prompt. Kudos to Brandon and the assistant bank manager for helping me out!

Zero fir customer service10+ for attitudeThey give absolutely no empthy for business clients, small business or effort to make problems go away. Even when you have the funds.Worst CIBC experience ever. And from the other comments, I see I'm not alone.

Would give zero star if I could. It took me 3 days to do one transaction. A huge inconvenience and headache. Teller was adamant that I should use an ATM machine even though my business account isn't setup for that. I was the only one in the branch at the time. One can get a good customer service depending on the teller. It shouldn't be that way.

I would give them zero stars if I could. All I wanted was to transfer my money since I was having issues with on the phone banking. They told me they couldn't help me and that I should go to another branch and if I needed to talk to a adviser it would be 2 days later. This has been the worst experience that I have ever gone through with CIBC. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. They are the WORST.
