North Walmart

I frequently shop here in north walmart. Saturday evening i came here to buy cream cheese the actual price of cream cheese was $4.58 but on the self checkout the price was showing $6.58. I asked the guy standing there named Parav about that but he was not sure how to handle that situation then he called his manager named Ruby and she was really rude and she also didn’t know about the scanning codes. What kind of a manager she is? Even she was asking me to go and check price tag, or bar code is it same or not.. I was like seriously is it my duty to check your bar codes? Even though I clicked the picture as a proof but still she was asking me. At last she didn’t even try to fix that thing she just walk out from the situation and refused to help me. I am very disappointed with this.Hope so you guys will improve your customer service and teach some manners to your employees.

Dont go here for Vision. Woman at WM North VAL(manager) is very rude. I was not able to return the lenses and wasted $200. Once you order something and if you return it and order again from them they dont let you return it if its not working for you. Ridiculous. Also not very professional service. No one knows what is going on either this location or South location.

They rarely if ever have cashier's open and then less than half of the self checkouts are open with giant cues waiting.

Walmart north in Lethbridge is my favorite store. They have worked really hard to keep the price's right but when the do have a price wrong. They fix it right away. Today i got to things for free because of Scanning Code Of Practice" both my food items were under $10 so they were completely free. Also the Hungry Man dinners are the cheapest i have ever seen them!! $1.98!! WOW"

If I could give less than one I would. 2 cashiers open on a Friday at 11:33am. Many many people lined up waiting over 30 minutes. Does anyone work in this store? Where are all the staff. This is a Walmart, come on! It’s never been this bad.

Can't find 3/4 of the food they used to have. There is no deli really , they have a quarter of the can vegetables, meat section sucks . And their clothing isn't a very good selection either. And two actual tills are open and you basically have nothing but self check out. Not as good as it was 12 years ago... truly sad. Not worth it anymore...

I was in the north wal - mart last week in the jewelry dpt. I was there to buy a wrist watch and earrings, within minutes I had 3 wal - mart staff hovering. It must be stressful to suspect everyone. When I need help there isn't an employee in sight.

Better stocked than the one in margrath. You can find literally anything from food to clothing, stationery. It’s also offers great prices

Appreciate the pick up, door greeters are pleasant and sometimes good deals can be found. Cash out staff could practice better hygiene and this is the reason for the 2 star rating, otherwise 3-4 stars overall.

I frequant walmart weekly for all my needs like groc, clothing, household, toys, seasonal etcAnd last night I had some of the best employees ever serve me. And my experience in the clothing depart was beyond exceptional as well.a lady employee helped me and pointed out many sales and deals( im so sorry i didnt get your name however i will look for you again on my next trip so i can get your name to publicly thank you for great service...But I want to do a shout out to My cashier/ customer service representative name was SAMMY" he was friendly
